Mr. Andrej Pohar graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana with distinction in 1999. Afterwards, he was professionally involved in sports for several years. Meanwhile, he enrolled in the Master’s programme on criminal law and criminology. After completing his traineeship with the Higher Court of Ljubljana, he took a position in a larger company, and then joined our law firm in 2008. He is specialised in the field of civil law, dealing with contract law and tort law, law on inheritance, public procurement law, labour law, and commercial law.
Owing to his past dealings in sports, Mr. Pohar has also remained active in this field; at present, however, only as regards professional issues. Mr. Pohar communicates in the following foreign languages: English, French, Croatian and Serbian, and understands German.

Ms. Vanja Jelen graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Maribor in 2005. Before joining the Ceferin Law Firm, she was employed with another law firm as an attorney trainee and later worked in a larger company as a legal expert. Ms. Jelen is specialised in the field of civil law, in particular in commercial and labour law. She communicates in the following foreign languages: English and Croatian, and has passive knowledge of German.

Ms. Tina Skorja attended a a six-month improvement course at the Faculty of Law of Milan during the course of her studies, and after returning from Italy graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana, in September 2007. Driven by a wish for additional knowledge, she enrolled in a post-graduate law programme on labour law and social security law. As a governmental scholar, she first completed her traineeship at the Ministry of Health, and in September 2008, she took a job at the Ceferin Law Firm. Ms. Skorja deals with law on obligations, labour law and social security law. She communicates in English and Italian, and has passive knowledge of French.
Ms. Tina Skorja receives clients Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Contacts outside these hours are subject to prior arrangement.

Peter Suric graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Maribor in 2006. Prior to 2008 he was a trainee at a law firm, and subsequently held a position as a lawyer in a bank. During that period he passed the State Bar Examination. Mr. Suric assumed a position at the Ceferin Law Firm in 2011. He works in the field of civil law, i.e. law of obligations, property law, inheritance law, family law, and labour law. He communicates in the following foreign languages: German, English, Croatian.
Mr. Suric receives clients by prior arrangement.
