Mr. Matej Srsen graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana in 1987. He has been employed with our law firm since 1997. Mr. Matej Srsen deals with criminal law, law on personal (human) rights and misdemeanour law. He communicates in the following foreign languages: Croatian, Serbian, English and German.

Mr. Janez Koscak graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana in 1990. Since 1991, Mr. Koscak has worked at the Basic Court of Ljubljana, first as a trainee, and since 1993, as an assistant in the Criminal Department, and for a short period also in the Investigation Department. From 1996, he performed in the judicial office of a Local Judge, working in the Criminal Department of the Local Court of Ljubljana. From 1998 until his appointment to the position of District Judge, he was Head of the Criminal Department at the same court.
In 1999, Mr. Koscak was appointed a District Judge, performing his judicial function in the Criminal Department of the District Court of Ljubljana. Mr. Koscak deals with criminal law, misdemeanour law and administrative law. He communicates in the following foreign languages: English, Croatian and Serbian.

Ass. Prof. Dr. Marko Bošnjak graduated (1996), obtained a master’s degree (1999) and a doctoral degree (2002) from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana, and he is an assistant professor of criminal law and criminology. Before joining the Čeferin Law Firm, he was a senior academic officer in the Institute of Criminology at the Faculty of Law, and advisor to the Constitutional Court on the most complex criminal matters. He published several important monographs and articles at home and abroad, led several successful international and domestic research projects, and lectured at different faculties and expert meetings. Ass. Prof. Dr. Marko Bošnjak deals with procedural and substantive criminal law, constitutional law, human rights law, and international law. He communicates in the following foreign languages: English, French, German and Croatian.
Dr. Marko Bošnjak receives the clients every Monday, between 4 pm and 6 pm. Contacts outside of these hours are subject to prior arrangements.

Dr. Blaz Kovacic Mlinar graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana in 1998, and then enrolled in a post-graduate programme in criminal law science, which he completed in 2005, thereby acquiring a Doctor’s degree. The title of his doctoral thesis was “Structural and Substantive Contradictions of the Theoretical Model of Mixed Criminal Proceedings”. Between 1998 and 2003, Dr. Mlinar was employed with the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana, working as an assistant to the Chair of Criminal Law. Dr. Mlinar is the author of several professional and scientific articles in the fields of criminal law and human rights.
Dr. Mlinar is Doctor of criminal law science and an expert in criminal law and criminal procedure law, including misdemeanour law. He communicates in the following foreign languages: English, German and Croatian, and has a passive knowledge of Italian.

Mr. Peter Znidarsic graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana in 1990. Between 1995 and 1999 he was the Secretary of the Court of Krsko; from 1999 to 2002 he served as Misdemeanours Judge, and from 2002 he worked with the judicial office as a Judge at the District Court of Krsko. Mr. Znidarsic deals with criminal law, misdemeanour law and human rights protection. He communicates in the following foreign languages: English, Croatian and Serbian.

Mr. Tibor Gregl graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana in 2004, and joined our law firm the same year. Mr. Gregl deals with criminal law and misdemeanour law. He communicates in the following foreign languages: English, German, Croatian and Serbian.

Ms. Vlasta Zupanc Zucko graduated from the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana in 1993 and was then employed at the Ministry of Interior Affairs at the Criminal Police Department where she worked as a Criminal Police Officer and as a Criminal Police Inspector, investigating organized crime and the functioning of criminal organizations. She was also a Senior Criminal Police Inspector in the field of international cooperation within Europol and in the field of system legal affairs in the Management of the Criminal Police Department where she was also authorized for a short period of time to perform the tasks of the Assistant to the Director of the Criminal Police. In 2007, she received her Master’s Degree in the field of national and European studies. During Slovenian presidency over the European Union in 2008, she performed the tasks of a national delegate to the Europol Management Board.
In 2010, she passed her bar exam and joined our Law Firm. She deals with criminal law and police authorizations. She communicates in the following foreign languages: English and Croat.
