Ms. Maja Gustin graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana, in October 2005. In 2006, she took a job in the Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Affairs, where she dealt with administrative law and public procurement law. Since 2007, she has been regularly employed as an attorney trainee with the Department of Commercial Law in our law firm. Mr. Samo Ilc graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana in 1998. Immediately after graduation he took a job with the attorney Joze Ilc where he worked as attorney trainee and attorney candidate until joining the Ceferin Law Firm in 2007. Mr. Luka Devjak graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana in 2004. Following completion of his studies, he took a job at the Higher Court of Ljubljana, where he worked as a court trainee and an assistant in the Commercial Department before taking a job at the Ceferin Law Firm in 2008. Mr. Devjak deals with law on obligations, property law, inheritance law, executive law, commercial law, bankruptcy law and administrative law. Dr. Spelca Meznar, Assistant Professor

Dr. Spelca Meznar graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana (1999), completed her Master’s (2002) and later her doctoral studies (2005) at the same faculty, where she works as an assistant professor in civil and commercial law. She completed her specialist studies on European Law at the University of Cambridge (2000), and studied international and American copyright law at the Franklin Pierce Law Centre in the USA (2001).
In 2003, she passed the bar examination, and received the “Young Lawyer of the Year” award in 2005. She deals with intellectual property law, contract law and tort law. She has published a monograph and regularly publishes expert and scientific articles, both at home and abroad. She communicates in the following foreign languages: English, German and Croatian, and has passive knowledge of Italian.

Mr. Joze Oberstar graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana in 1997. Following graduation he immediately took a position in the Office of the Minister of the Interior, namely, the Office for European Affairs and International Cooperation, where he participated in project groups involved in the harmonisation of Slovenian legislation with Acquis Communautaire, the Chapter of “Justice and Home Affairs”. He continued his professional career at the Higher Court of Ljubljana, and in the private sector as the head of the legal department at a large company. Mr. Oberstar deals with law on obligations, property law, executive law, contract law, administrative law, labour law, and public procurement law. Martina Šatej

Ms. Martina Satej graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana in 2002. Afterwards, she was employed as a court trainee with the Higher Court of Ljubljana for two years. Following the bar examination, which she passed with distinction, she took a position in another law firm in 2005, first as an attorney candidate, and since March 2007, she has had the status of a lawyer. Ms. Maja Prodan Juric graduated from the Faculty of Law of Maribor in 1997, and obtained her Master of Legal Sciences degree in 2005. Immediately after graduating she took a job in the Ministry of the Interior, and entered later into employment with the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, in the logistics field. Ms. Prodan Juric continued her professional career in a larger company where she spent ten years working first as head of the Law Department, and later as an assistant and adviser to the president of the Board of Directors in the field of legal, human resources and general affairs. She communicates in the following foreign languages: English, Italian, Croatian and Serbian.

Tina Skorja

Ms. Tina Skorja attended a a six-month improvement course at the Faculty of Law of Milan during the course of her studies, and after returning from Italy graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana, in September 2007. Driven by a wish for additional knowledge, she enrolled in a post-graduate law programme on labour law and social security law. As a governmental scholar, she first completed her traineeship at the Ministry of Health, and in September 2008, she took a job at the Ceferin Law Firm. Ms. Skorja deals with law on obligations, labour law and social security law. She communicates in English and Italian, and has passive knowledge of French.

Ms. Metka Mencinger graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana in 2005. In the same year, following successfully passed entrance tests, she enrolled in the Academy of Fine Arts and Design of Ljubljana where she is completing the programme on industrial design.
