Mr. Jozef Klavdij Novak graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana in 1996. He has been employed with our law firm since 1999. Ms. Masa Novak graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana in 2003 and joined our law firm the same year. Ms. Polona Carman graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana in 2003 with distinction. She joined our law firm in 2008, having previously worked as an attorney candidate in another law firm. Ms. Carman deals with the law of obligations, family law, inheritance law, property law, copyright law, intellectual property law, company law and labour law. She communicates in the following foreign languages: English, French, Croatian and Serbian.

Ms. Neza Dular graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana in 2004. After completing her studies she was employed with the Legal Department at the Ministry of the Economy, and later worked as a trainee at the Supreme Court of Ljubljana. After passing the bar examination, she joined our law firm in 2007. Ms. Dular deals with civil law, particularly with contract law and tort law, property law, land registry law, family law and law on inheritance, labour law and social law. She communicates in the following foreign languages: English, Italian, Croatian, Serbian, and has passive knowledge of French.

Ms. Tanja Glusic graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana in 2002. After completing her studies, she was employed with the Ministry of the Economy dealing company law. From 2007, she was employed with another law firm, and in 2009, she took a job in our law firm. Ms. Glusic deals with tort law, contract law, executive law, labour law, commercial law and tax law. She communicates in the following foreign languages: English and Croatian, as well as French and German.

Ms. Gordana Gorse-Vrviscar graduated from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb in 1999. Before taking a job in the Ceferin Law Firm, she was employed as a lawyer with a law firm in Zagreb (Croatia), and later worked as a legal expert with the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia in Ljubljana. In 2001, she passed the bar examination in Croatia, and in 2006 in Slovenia. Ms. Vrviscar deals with law on obligations and tort law, property law, land registry law, copyright law and inheritance law, public procurement law and family law. She communicates in English and Croatian, and has passive knowledge of French.

Ms. Monika Marincic graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana in 2003. Ms. Marincic joined our law firm in 2007. Previously, she worked at the Ministry of the Interior, and subsequently, as a court trainee at the Higher Court of Koper. Ms. Marincic deals with the law of obligations, family law and law on inheritance, property law and labour and social security law. She communicates in the following foreign languages: English, German and Croatian, and has passive knowledge of Italian.

Ms. Lena Oreskovic graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana in 2003. Before taking a position at the Ceferin Law Firm in 2009, she was employed as an attorney trainee with another law firm, and later at the District Court of Ljubljana, where she was engaged as head of legal officers in the Civil Department. Ms. Oreskovic deals with civil law, especially with tort law, contract law, property law, law on inheritance and family law. She communicates in the following foreign languages: English, German and Croatian.

Mr. Andrej Pohar graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana with distinction in 1999. Afterwards, he was professionally involved in sports for several years. Meanwhile, he enrolled in the Master’s programme on criminal law and criminology. After completing his traineeship with the Higher Court of Ljubljana, he took a position in a larger company, and then joined our law firm in 2008. He is specialised in the field of civil law, dealing with contract law and tort law, law on inheritance, public procurement law, labour law, and commercial law.
Owing to his past dealings in sports, Mr. Pohar has also remained active in this field; at present, however, only as regards professional issues. Mr. Pohar communicates in the following foreign languages: English, French, Croatian and Serbian, and understands German.

Ms. Irena Pozenel graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana in 1995. Before taking a job at the Ceferin Law Firm, she was employed as an attorney candidate with another law firm, and later worked as a legal expert at a larger firm. Ms. Irena Pozenel deals with law of obligations, property law, family law and labour law. In addition, she is listed in the Directory of Mediators with the District Court of Ljubljana. Ms. Pozenel communicates in the English and Croatian languages.

Ms. Petra Regvat graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana in 2003, and is currently completing a post-graduate programme on civil and commercial law at the same faculty. Ms. Regvat communicates in the following foreign languages: Croatian, Serbian and English.
