Mr. Milos N. Milovic graduated from the Faculty of Law of Maribor in 2005, at the Department of International Commercial Law. Before joining our law firm, he was involved with different assignments at the Ministry of the Interior between 1988 and 2001. During the period 1989 to 1994, he worked in the Special Police Unit and the Security and Protection Office, performing demanding tasks related escort and security for high representatives of the Republic of Slovenia and foreign high government representatives during official visits to Slovenia. Between 1994 and 2001, he was the Head of Prime Minister Dr. Janez Drnovsek’s Security Service. During the period 2001 to 2007, he was Head of the Technical Security Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is also a qualified diving instructor, and a master of martial arts. At our firm, Mr. Milovic is an advisor to the Management Board. He communicates in Croatian, Serbian and English .

Ms. Teodora Glusic Terbovc graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana in 1991, and started her work, first as a trainee and later as an adviser at the Ministry of Labour, Department of Working Relations. In July 1992, she took a job with the Higher Court of Celje as a court trainee, where she worked as a legal officer at the Civil and Commercial departments after passing her bar examination.
Since her election in January 1998, she worked as the Local Court Judge at the Local Court of Smarje pri Jelsah, and since May 2003, at the Local Court of Celje. In June 2004 she was appointed the District Court Judge at the District Court of Celje, where she was Head of the Civil Department and the Deputy President of the Court. During her career at the Court, she worked as a criminal judge, while in non-litigious, executive and civil departments, she worked as a civil judge. Her experiences include a speciality in property law, inheritance law and family law, law on obligations and tort law. Ms. Glusic Terbovc has published several articles in professional literature. She communicates in English and Croatian languages.

Dr. Peter Ceferin LLD graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana in 1960. He was awarded a Master’s degree in 1986 and in 1988, he acquired a Doctor’s degree. The title of his doctoral thesis was “The Lawyer, his Independence in the Past and Present, Particularly in Slovenia”. Dr. Peter Ceferin founded the Ceferin Law Firm in 1967. From 1985 to 1989, he served as Vice President of the Bar Association of Slovenia. Between 1991 and 1995, Dr. Ceferin was a member of the National Council of the Republic of Slovenia.
Dr. Ceferin is a Managing Partner of the firm, dealing with criminal law, constitutional law and law on personal (human) rights. He communicates in the following foreign languages: Croatian, Serbian and German.
